- Yoga in the Garden
- We lay the mats on the grass. We start seated, then stand and move as the light drops. Tea afterwards.
- Sound Healing
- You stay lying down the whole time. Nothing to perform. The bowls and the gong move through you. Most people drift off — that is the point.
- Flow & Breath
- Vinyasa, more continuous. You will get warm. The pace comes from the breath, not from hurrying.
- Hot Yoga
- The room sits around 38°C. Muscles open sooner and you will sweat a lot. Bring a towel and more water than you think.
- Yoga in Bangkok
- The regular city sessions. Chosen to sit near a BTS or MRT station, because getting there is the reason people do not come.
- Workshops
- A long format on a single subject — breath, rest, or inversions. Few places, on purpose.
